ColourArte Primary Elements Pure Mica Minerals Big Jars

Primary Elements Arte-Pigments are created by hand blending bright, clean, high quality pigments with our proprietary blend of mica’s and other minerals. Mix with any water soluble binder of your choice. Acrylic mediums, glazing medium, crackle paints, Gel Mediums.

For Lustrous “Pearl “ Effects dry brush over glue –lacquer- spray sealer- that leaves a tack for lustrous pearl effects. The result is brilliant colors refracting light similar to a crystal.

This product is unique in the industry and it is the ColourArte color technology that makes this possible. Artist Pigments TM, mix with ease in gum binders, any acrylic medium, glaze or gel.

Arte pigments in their powder form might be different than in wet state. A brownish powder once suspended in a binder might result in a brilliant red. These are big jars, 30 ml pigment powder each. The colours are sold separately.

Perfect for scrapbooking, project life, card making, mixed media, art journaling, or indeed any other project.

Clean up with soap and water. (They can stain the skin, so if you mind how your hands will look like after a session of messy mixed media art :), then I would recommend you using a pair of plastic gloves)

The Primary Elements Arte-Pigments are the most versatile product of all the ColourArte line, because they are the BASE product, the foundation of all their paints. You can’t have any of the Radiant Rain mists, the Twinkling H2O or the Silks without these fabulous pigments. So, if you like to play, experiment and you love to mix your own new colours, then this is the product for you. You can mix them with the Primary Elements Bind & Resist powder (sold separately), add water and you have your H2Os and Radiant Rain, or you can mix them with the Primary Elements Clear Glaze Medium (sold separately) and you get an acrylic shimmering paint similar to the ColourArte Silks.
