ICAD challenge - Day #23 “Use Your Wings”

ICAD challenge - Day #23 “Use Your Wings”

Hi guys,

It’s time to share with you a new ICAD Day #23 “Use Your Wings”

***

For the ones of you who didn’t read my first blog post, ICAD is a challenge that starts every year on the 1st of June, hosted by Tammy Garcia on her website. Basically, ICAD is a daily creative exercise in which you create a piece of art on an index card (3 x 5 inches) for 61 days ( that is if you can stick to it LOL). You can use any medium you like and feel comfortable with, the card can be as simple or as complex as you wish, you can follow the prompts or not, so, as you can see, you have lots of creative freedom. What matters is you have lots of fun playing every day, practicing and exploring techniques and supplies. You can see the Index Card a Day prompts and read all the details here https://daisyyellowart.com/icad-base/.

And here you can watch a step-by-step video tutorial. Enjoy 🙂

And did you know I am now offering my Art Journaling and Beyond Workshop as Lessons a la Carte? This means you can buy now each Lesson from this Workshop separately! 🙂 I’d be delighted to see you in the classroom!

Much love,

  1. Loved watching the process. A really awesome piece. 🙂 I am wanting to try my own iCAD. I feel it would be less pressure on myself to try a smaller piece before starting on a big one. New to mixed media but LOVE every bit of it.
